Spring of Hope Night Support Assistant Volunteer

Opportunity image

Spring of Hope is part of inHope, and offers short term day and night support and refuge to women in Bristol, who are homeless and vulnerable.

Night support volunteers assist the night support staff in welcoming guests, responding to incidents, and ensuring house rules are followed. Night support volunteer shifts are sleeping night shifts. This means you will have a bed to sleep in on site, and will be woken by staff if/when they need additional support during the night.

This is an ad hoc opportunity to cover night rota gaps when needed and based on your availability. The hours of the volunteering sleeping night shifts are any day of the week, 9.30pm-8.30am.

We ask volunteers to be prepared to commit to a minimum of six months volunteering.

Spring of Hope is a female single sex service, and therefore it is a requirement that volunteers and staff are female.
